An L-shaped home for a family, whose modern design is in conversation with traditional elements in a developing rural area at the foot of Mount Troodos .

Minimal, fresh, crisp architecture and full interior design converted an old-fashioned apartment into a relaxed and modern "home" for a cosmopolitan couple. Custom made cabinetry, sliding partitions and crafted kitchen are part of this special project.

Finished and inhabited. Ochre and carmine red building volumes and wooden tiled roofs harmonise with the surrounding orange orchards. During summer, the lush garden endows the bioclimatic design with extra coolness.

The first 14 villas of this luxurious seaside project were completed and are now inhabited. Architectural design and realization through construction coincide fully, due to the fruitful collaboration between architects and the owner company
Proposal for the master planning and unit typology design of a high density development. Two-story residences shape green flowing corridors and soft-edged squares for a pleasant and relaxed living.
